To be the mom you want to be, you first have to be the best, most powerful version of yourself. This means you have to fill your cup first. Treat yourself with the same unconditional love that you provide your children. It is a beautiful, rewarding gift to be a mother. Yet there are still times where you need your own boost in motivation to provide yourself the self-care and self-love that you deserve. This is what Shaping Moms is all about, creating motivation through community.

Shaping Moms
Shaping Moms is built by moms for moms. We understand the struggles, the laughter, and the tears. From the good times to the bad times, us moms get to experience it all. The sleepless nights and the marker colored walls to their first dates and teaching them to drive, we get a front row view of their lives.  As a result of this, sometimes we need a little help remembering the importance of experiencing what we still want to see, feel, and achieve in life.

Whether that be working on personal development, losing 5, 10, 50 pounds, to running a marathon or starting CrossFit. Or perhaps learning how to make “healthish” dinners in less than 20 minutes to finding the best chocolate chip cookie recipe, Shaping Moms is the place to find your answers. To build trust. And to have a community. We can help in weight loss for moms... 

Community of Moms
By building a community of moms, we will become resources for each other. We will motivate each other, encourage each other, and lift each other up. This is a place to share anything from workouts and meal plans to the latest life hacks. Find the best new workout clothes or vent about your day.

Let’s be honest. You have probably tried countless workout plans and diets. Perhaps you have read books or gotten lost for hours online, trying to find a way out of your rut. This is where a community, especially a community of moms can be a game changer.

Mom Goals
Shaping Moms’ goal is to grow this community to serve moms all over the world. And through this community it is our goal to cultivate a safe place for honest communication, where each of us can find answers to our questions that we can wholeheartedly trust.

In today’s society, it is so easy for people to publish their work online. Unfortunately, this work is not always credible. Sorting through the research can be exhausting and confusing. Especially when you have mom duties on your plate! But together we will streamline this process for you and provide you the best information to help you reach your own personal goals and weight loss for moms goals.

Creating Motivation
Taking care of yourself and filling your cup, should be driven from internal motivation. However as a mom, this can be draining when you constantly pour yourself into others. This community will be the external motivation that you need to stick with your goals, to keep you accountable, and to help you continue to grow. External motivation can help build and drive internal motivation. Sometimes we just need a little reminder of the importance of self-care and self-love.

If you are having trouble finding motivation, do not let this bring you down. We all need a little help with this every now and then. Moms typically know what it is they want and need, but they simply need support and motivation from people they trust. No one is better at supporting and motivating than other moms! Together we can lift each other in our weight loss for moms

    Of course, you guys can achieve your pre-pregnancy shapes again. You only need to stay committed to a working diet and fitness routine. For that, I will recommend you get a good coach that can take you through the necessary things you need to do. Getting a companion or a sort of community will also go a long way to help.

    Before my first pregnancy (I have 2 kids already), I used to be this “hot” and lovely lady. I love my shape and I will want to show it at every small opportunity I’ve got. But after my second kid, things seems not to be what it used to be. Now, I have added so much weight that I don’t love this my new shape at all again.
    Now, I want to embark on some fitness stuff to drop some pounds and shape up but I want to know if it’s even possible at all to get back into my old body and shape. I need to know before even starting this journey at all.
